陈明月，1993年8月生，经济学博士。本科毕业于西北师范大学，获经济学学士学位；研究生阶段就读于兰州大学，先后获得经济学硕士和博士学位。2025年入职甘肃农业大学财经学院。

主要从事产业集聚、数字经济、区域经济、绿色发展与低碳转型等方面的研究，重点关注制造业与生产性服务业协同集聚、数字经济对绿色发展的影响机制及政策效应。近年来，在《经济问题》《Heliyon》《PLOS ONE》《Applied Economics》等国内外学术期刊发表论文6篇，参与多项省部级及地方政府科研项目，相关成果为区域绿色发展与数字化转型政策制定提供支撑。
