胡广银，男，汉族，1991年8月生，甘肃景泰人，中共党员，管理学博士。2015年在甘肃农业大学获管理学学士学位；2022年在西北农林科技大学获管理学博士学位。2023年入职甘肃农业大学财经学院。

主要从事农业理论与政策、农村金融、合作风险防范与治理等方面的研究。在《Land Use Policy》《Environmental Science and Pollution Research》《Frontiers in Environmental Science》等学术期刊发表学术论文5篇，会议论文2篇。主持项目3项，以核心参与者身份参与国家自然科学基金2项，省级项目3项。
